Michael Gaitonde Love this Landjaeger, just like when we lived in Switzerland! Kids favourite, try slicing and browning in a non-stick frying pan (no oil) to bring out the flavour even more and reduce fat. Slightly crispy is the best way to enjoy this delicacy in our family’s opinion!
