Good, yet a little on the bland side, doesn't taste like the traditional American breakfast sausages I'm used to. Perhaps maybe it's more of a European-style breakfast sausage? My only concern with the flavor, was that it made me question whether or not it was encased in a pork casing? We don't eat pork, so the flavor really made us question.

What a great product,it is a great change from pork. Enjoyed the taste with out the salty flavor. Everyone should try it.
