Hawaiian Hot Dogs

 



Ingredients
  • 1 package of Charcutnuvo All Natural Smoked Pork & Beef Brats
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 4 slices of pineapple
  • ½ cup sliced red onion
  • ½ cup minced chives
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 tsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp sambal oelek chili paste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS

Add the mayo, teriyaki sauce, and chili paste to a small bowl and mix well. Adjust the amount of mayo you’d like for ideal thickness and salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

Heat grill to medium high and grill sausages, about 3-4 minutes on each side.

Lower the heat and with tongs, carefully place the sliced pineapple on the grill. Grill on each side for about 4 minutes then set aside.

Place hotdog buns on the grill and toast for 1-2 minutes on low heat.

Slice the pineapple into half moons or quarter moons.

Build each hot dog by placing the sausage in the hot dog bun, and garnish with 2 pineapple half or quarter moons, red onions, chives, cilantro, paprika, and teriyaki mayo. Enjoy!
