Our U.S.-based business, operating under the name Continental Sausage, Inc., got its start in 1969.
Continental Sausage, Inc., remains 100% privately-held and is presently led by the family’s fourth generation.
Our devoted team, creating our products in-house every day, proudly honors our family’s renowned Switzerland-based charcuterie-making heritage by constantly exceeding expectations of quality and flavor.

The current owners of Continental Sausage used to own the Continental Deli in Cherry Creek but it sold that business at the end of 2015, in order to keep its complete focus on manufacturing for its rapidly growing retail accounts. The company has no affiliation with Continental Deli anymore.
